Le Salon Nautique International de Gênes ouvre les inscriptions pour sa 66e édition

Registrations are now officially open for exhibitors at the 66th edition of the Genoa International Boat Show, scheduled to take place from October 1-6, 2026. For over half a century, the event has been an essential benchmark for the international boating industry, shaping the market, anticipating its evolution, and providing a concrete platform for dialogue and growth across the entire supply chain.

Underlining its importance is Confindustria Nautica, through the words of its President Piero Formenti: “The Genoa International Boat Show ranks among the top three boat shows worldwide in terms of industrial relevance and international positioning. It represents a truly global event where the excellence of world boating meets and defines the future direction of the sector. The return of the 66th edition to the dates of 1–6 October responds to market needs within a timeframe consistent with its dynamics, confirming its role as a tangible engine of economic growth for the entire global boating industry supply chain”.

Genoa International Boat Show: internationalisation and innovation

The outlook for the 2026 edition builds on the strong results achieved last autumn, which confirmed a leadership position that is hard to challenge: 124,248 visitors, more than 1,000 boats on display, 45 countries represented and 1,245 accredited journalists from around the world. These figures reflect not only attendance, but above all the event’s ability to generate industrial relationships and real business opportunities.

Internationalisation remains a strategic priority. Thanks to collaboration with ICE and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation , the Genoa International Boat Show continues to invest in a structured incoming programme for professional operators, buyers and international media, further strengthening its appeal across key global markets.

Once again, the Genoa Boat Show will maintain its multi-specialist format, organised into five macro-areas: Yachts & Superyachts, Sailing World, Boating Discovery, Tech Trade and Living the Sea, offering a comprehensive representation of the entire marine industry supply chain. All of this will take place in the stunning setting of the new Waterfront di Levante, designed by Renzo Piano — a unique location that provides direct contact with the water and clearly distinguishes the Genoa Boat Show from its main international competitors.

The events programme

The calendar for the 66th Genoa International Boat Show promises to be particularly rich and strategically focused. Alongside the Design Innovation Award — now one of the most authoritative global recognitions in the sector and a privileged observatory of design, technological and sustainability trends — the World Yachting Sustainability Forum will return, offering a platform for dialogue among industry leaders, institutions and stakeholders on ecological transition and regulatory developments affecting the sector.

Significant space will also be devoted to the event’s core business dimension with the second edition of the TechTrade Days, a B2B format dedicated to components, services and innovation. The initiative is designed to foster targeted meetings between companies, buyers and international operators, further reinforcing the show’s role as an industrial hub for the entire marine supply chain.

With registrations now open, the journey towards the 66th edition officially begins — once again set to be a key moment for the global market. Genoa is preparing to reaffirm its role as a strategic platform where vision, innovation and business come together, charting the future course of international boating.
